TERMS
Extremezone AB (Org number: 559147-9117) can provide sports and leisure activities in sports and leisure facilities at the locations listed on their website www.extremezone.se (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"). The following conditions therefore apply. The terms apply to areas such as the use of the website www.extremezone.se, bookings and purchases of tickets and events for their sports and leisure activities and facilities (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") and for the use of these services.

To use the Website, book and purchase tickets for their Services and use them, the customer must be at least 18 years of age to be authorized to enter into an agreement and accept that you are bound by the Terms that apply. If the customer is younger than 18 years, the customer's guardian's consent is required.

The customer can book and purchase the products and services offered on the Website during the period of time that the products are exposed as available. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor and including VAT.

Payment can be made via the payment options, during the time period in which the payment options are exposed as available, which are stated on the Website. Note that the payment services are provided via independent payment service providers and assume that the customer accepts the terms of the payment services. Therefore, it is important that the customer reads and secures the terms of the third party before making a booking or a purchase.

When booking or purchasing, the customer may have to provide name, contact information, payment card information and / or the other information that is apparently stated on the Website.

In addition, in the case of certain bookings or purchases and certain use of the Website, the Services may require the customer In some cases to register a user account according to the instructions stated on the Website and that the customer logs in via username and password. The customer is always responsible for keeping usernames, passwords and other private login details secret and is responsible for all use and activity that takes place via the customer's user account. If the customer discovers or suspects unauthorized use of their user account, Extremezone must be contacted immediately with this information. This also applies in the opposite direction.

The customer is responsible for providing and maintaining complete, accurate and up-to-date information at all times. The customer can therefore not pretend to be someone else or use someone else's name or information. Exceptions apply, however, if you obtain his consent first.

After the customer has made a booking or a purchase, a booking confirmation is sent to the e-mail address that the customer has provided when ordering or which is linked to his user account. The customer must always check the contents of the booking confirmation so that the contents correspond to the purchase or reservation. If the customer notices any errors or deficiencies and if the booking confirmation has not been received within two days, the customer must contact Extremezone as soon as possible.

Please note that the right of withdrawal in law (2005: 59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises does not apply to contracts concerning leisure activities. However, get in touch as soon as possible if you discover errors when booking or buying tickets for our sports and leisure activities and facilities.

2. PAYMENT / CANCELLATION / CHANGE OF PARTY BOOKINGS

You can choose to pay by card, invoice or on site.
You can cancel your party up to 24 hours before without charge. If there is no cancellation before 24 hours, Extremezone can charge the customer SEK 500.

3. RULES OF PROCEDURE

Safety is something that Extremezone prioritises and works actively to establish, as visitors must be as safe as possible during their time in Extremezone's facilities or events. Therefore, the following rules of procedure have been established:
All visitors to Extremezone, whether participating in activities or visiting the facilities owned by Extremezone, must follow the instructions and guidelines that are clearly stated.
Visitors under the age of 3 are not allowed to participate or use Extremezone's equipment and activities.
Visitors who are between 3-6 years old must always have an accompanying responsible adult throughout their stay.
Visitors between the ages of 7-9 must always have an adult in the room to use the equipment and activities.
Visitors over the age of 10 are allowed to visit Extremezone themselves without an accompanying adult.
If you are pregnant, injured or suffering from any illness or diagnosis, you should always consult a doctor before participating in Extremezone's sports and leisure activities or visiting one of Extremezone's facilities. The operator of Extremezone's equipment must wear special trampoline socks at Extremezone's facilities and comply with the other safety requirements for clothing that you will find under safety.
If the visitor does not follow or accept Extremezone's rules of procedure, he or she is not entitled to use the Services or gain access to Extremezone's facilities. The visitor is then also not entitled to a refund for the time that has not been used.

4. BREACH OF AGREEMENT AND LIABILITY

If the customer violates the Terms, Extremezone has the right to deny the customer access to the facilities and activities provided by Extremezone and prevent the continued use of the Services.
Extremezone is only liable for the direct damages caused by our negligence and not for indirect damages, such as lost revenue, unless intent or gross negligence can be blamed on us or otherwise follows from mandatory law.
In the event that the Website contains links to websites or resources provided by another, these are provided for information purposes only and Extremezone has no control and no responsibility for the content of such websites or resources.

5. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of events beyond our reasonable control that affect the possibility of fulfilling the obligations of both parties or that result in the fulfillment of obligations is not financially defensible, e.g. wars, natural disasters, mobilization, fires, riots or riots, seizures, delays in delivery from subcontractors, disruptions, power outages or interruptions in Internet traffic, telecommunications and labor market conflicts ("Exemption grounds") are not the responsibility of Extremezone or the customer.

Without delay, each party shall notify the other party of the existence of the Grounds for Exemption and the fulfillment of the obligations shall be resumed when the Grounds for Exemption have ceased.

6. INTEGRITY POLICY

According to the EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you are entitled to the following information from us:

What information is stored about you as a customer?
When you click on "complete booking" in our booking system, you agree that your specified information will be saved. We need your personal information to be able to complete your booking / purchase. If complete personal information is not provided, we can not fulfill our agreement with you and a booking can not be made.

When booking we need:

Name.
Address.
Phone number.
Email address.
Type of activity you booked.
When you booked it.
When the activity was performed.
Any comments you provided when booking. For example, allergies, special instructions.
Information to third parties
We provide the information required to our partners so that we can fulfill our purchase agreement with you as a customer when you place an order. Your information may be disclosed to Billmate, our payment providers. Upon payment, a check is also made against payment history and collection of credit information via Billmate in order to be able to analyze possible payment solutions for you as a customer.

Why do we save this?
Because we are obliged under the Accounting Act to save your information for 5 years. For us to be able to evaluate and analyze what our customers book, how they do it and when they do it. All with the aim of being able to offer as well-functioning a business as possible and offer our customers discounted offers, news and information about our business.

How long do you save my data?
We save your customer information and bookings for at least 5 years. If you want your information deleted, this can only be done after 5 years due to the Accounting Act. You can at any time request an extract of what information is stored on you.

What do I do if I want to be deleted / forgotten?
You contact our customer service / reception and we will anonymize all your information (unless it meets the legal requirements above). An anonymisation means that no one can link your information to you as a person anymore

7. Conditions for courses / summer camp / lov camps

REGISTRATION
Registration is binding and through this registration you will be liable for payment for the course (s) you register for when you take up a place that we deny others. If the course you have registered for is full or if you for some reason have made a mistake in your registration, we will contact you shortly. Changes and course changes are made via email to info@extremezone.se

RE-REGISTRATION
New registration must be made every semester if you wish to continue. No one is automatically re-registered for the next start.

UNDERAGE
Applicants under the age of 18 may not accept these terms without parental approval. When you are a minor, it is your parents / guardians who become liable for payment.

CONFIRMATION
If you have registered via the website, we will always send an automatic confirmation to the specified email address as confirmation. If you do not receive such an email, you must contact us, this does not mean that you did not get a place in the course but that you happened to fill in the wrong email address or that it ended up in your spam. We always send an answer to you, regardless of whether you have joined the course or not. Do not assume anything in advance, but contact us if you have not received a confirmation of your registration or any thoughts.

CALLING
We send out the notice 1 week before the start of the course with info on whether the course will be off or not, if the course is off you will receive all course info in the call.

PAYMENT
Payment must be made no later than the first course opportunity. You can pay via the website or on site. However, payment must be made before the start of the course to have a guaranteed place for the course. Via the website, you can choose to pay in installments / installments / or pay by invoice, which you can not do on site.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF AN ONLINE REGISTRATION
An application to Extremezone AB is binding. However, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day when the agreement was entered into. If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify Extremezone of your decision to withdraw from the agreement (eg a letter sent by post or e-mail). NOTE! It is not valid to unsubscribe by phone, at the reception or orally in any other way, only written cancellations are approved. You can use this template, but you do not have to use it. If you have invoked the right of withdrawal within the time limit (14 days), Extremezone will refund you the compensation paid for the course (s) without undue delay, however no later than 14 days from the day we were notified of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. The refund will be made to your bank account, unless you have expressly agreed with us otherwise. If you have asked to start the course already during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount that is in proportion to what you received, until you informed us of your intention to withdraw from the agreement, compared to the entire scope of the agreement.

UNREMISSION OF A REGISTRATION ON SITE
A signed course registration submitted at the reception or online booking is binding. However, you have the right to cancel your registration no later than 14 days before the start of the course, regardless of whether your payment has been made or not. Unsubscribe later than 14 days before the start of the course is not granted. This means that you are obliged to pay the full course or card fee for course (s), VIP or drop-in cards. This is because you have taken a place if you withdraw your registration or cancel your participation later than 14 days before the start of the course. If you register after 14 days before the start of the course, registration is directly binding and you thus have no possibility of a refund if you unsubscribe.
NOTE! It is not valid to unsubscribe by phone, at the reception or orally in any other way, only written cancellations are approved.
It is your duty to ensure that the letter and the payment are received by us on time.
When we have received your unsubscribe, we always send a confirmation via e-mail.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have not received a confirmation of your cancellation.
You are not deregistered until the written deregistration, payment and a confirmation from us has been received.

CANCEL COURSE PARTICIPATION
Only in the case of illness certified by a medical certificate, the unused part of the fee is refunded, or as far as the medical certificate is concerned.

DISMISSAL DUE TO ILLNESS
If you are ill for more than three weeks (medical certificate required), Extremezone will refund the unused front part of the course.
The refund period is calculated from the day we received your written cancellation and how long the certificate is valid. We therefore do not refund the part of the course that has occurred before your cancellation. The medical certificate must be received by us within one week after cancellation. Otherwise, the same rules apply as during deregistration. Read more under unsubscribe above.

HOLIDAYS AND RED DAYS
We have breaks from the courses during sports, autumn holidays, Valborg, etc.
However, not the courses / camps that are specifically during the school holidays.
We follow Malmö City's school holidays.

CANCELED COURSES / LESSONS
Extremezone reserves the right to cancel courses, events and occasional courses due to too few registrations or if a leader e.g. became ill and we did not manage to find a substitute in time. If a course is canceled for an entire semester, you will of course pay no fee for this. If you have paid the course fee, you will receive a refund from Extremezone. If the opportunity is set, no amount will be refunded for that time, but the opportunity will be taken back at the end of the semester. It is your duty to enter the correct mobile number / email to receive notification at canceled course occasions!

- If you miss an opportunity, you can unfortunately not catch up on another day / course.

BE IN TIME
We want to emphasize the importance of being on time for several reasons. Late arrival causes interruptions that can create irritation for those who are already on site and insecurity in those who are late and valuable lesson time is wasted.

PICTURE / VIDEO
You agree that harmless information that does not harm or offend either the individual or the group such as. name and picture / video are published on the internet together with Extreme Zone on the website, social media or in the course leader's platforms.
