TERMS OF PURCHASE ANNUAL CARD / MONTHLY CARD
§ 1. PURCHASE OF ANNUAL CARD / MONTHLY CARD
Annual pass in Extremezone is personal. For trainees under the age of 18, the guardian must purchase and approve the terms of purchase of an annual pass/monthly pass on their behalf. When visiting Extremezone, the visitor must always register through the reception. The visitor is obliged to always bring their annual pass/monthly pass during their stay at Extremezone. In case of loss of the Annual Card/Monthly Card or if it is damaged so that it becomes unusable, this must be reported immediately to the reception, who will then block the card and issue a new card against a compensation of SEK 100. The visitor is obliged to notify Extremezone immediately in the event of a change in name, address, telephone number and other provided information. All correspondence from Extremezone goes to the registered address, your email address or mobile number.
§ 2. PAYMENT
The agreed price presupposes that payment is made in an agreed manner.
When signing an agreement, the cost of the cards is paid in full at the conclusion of the agreement. Administrative fee on prepaid cards is included in the purchase of annual / monthly cards.

§ 3. AGREEMENT TIME AND TERMINATION
You commit the annual cards to 12 months and can not be canceled or repurchased.
§ 4. FREEZING AND TRANSFER OF ANNUAL CARD & MONTHLY CARD
Annual passes and Monthly passes cannot be frozen. Longer freezing of the annual cards is possible in case of long-term sick leave, work/study abroad or pregnancy. Medical certificate or work certificate required. In these cases, the annual passes can be frozen for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 6 months per calendar year. Freezing cannot be done afterwards. Freezing cannot be combined with notice period. Transfer of the card is not possible.
§ 5. PRICE CHANGES
The annual cards are protected via installments against all kinds of increases during the lock-in period. After that, a price increase may occur.
§ 6. HEALTH CONDITION
Visitors and other guests are responsible for ensuring that their state of health is such that they can participate in Extremezone activities without risk.
§ 7. WELL-BEING RULES AND TRAINING REGULATIONS
Visitors are always expected to behave in a way that does not disturb other visitors or staff. The premises are intended for training-related activities. It is the visitor's responsibility to follow the rules of well-being and rules for the use of equipment that are communicated, in writing or orally. Suspension may take place unless immediate correction takes place. Visitors are not allowed to conduct competing activities or their own activities on our premises. This leads to shutdown and possibly. legal sanctions. Alcohol is prohibited in our training rooms.
If the visitor does not follow or accept Extremezone's rules of procedure, he or she is not entitled to use the Services or gain access to Extremezone's facilities. The visitor is then also not entitled to a refund for the time that has not been used.
§ 8. PRACTICAL CHANGES
Extremezone reserves the right to make changes regarding opening hours, renewal of equipment and scheduling for group training. Extremezone reserves the right to close certain parts of the park / group training activities / changing rooms and the like. for minor renovations - repairs, maintenance and service work.
§ 9. PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
Cardholder information is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you as a registrant want information about which data is processed by Extremezone, this will be notified by Extremezone. Registered can request correction of incorrect information. The registrant has the right to contact Extremezone and request that the information concerning him or her be deleted. Unless the information is necessary to fulfill agreements or other statutory obligations. • Historical information - your purchases and your payment history.
• Information about how you interact with Extremezone - how you use our services, how you left the service, any automatic mailings from NW.
• Device information - e.g. IP address, and digital footprints when you move on our website.
The information you provide to us, as well as information about the goods / services, is generally necessary to enter into a contractual relationship with us, while the other information we collect is generally necessary for other purposes. Read more about this in our general terms and conditions.
§ 10. EXPRESSION COST
Visitors undertake to leave the premises at the time specified as closing time. When staying in an unmanned room after closing time, the visitor will be charged for emergency costs.
§ 11. IDENTIFICATION
In order for an annual card / monthly card to be active and functional, an image connected to the card is required. The picture is taken of the cardholder when creating the card. Extremezone is allowed to update the image on the card when needed.
§ 12. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WHEN PURCHASING ON THE INTERNET
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a private person have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt. If you regret your purchase, please contact our customer service, either by phone or email to info@extremezone.se. The Swedish Consumer Agency has produced a cancellation form that can be found on their website www.konsumentverket.se which you can use if you wish. In the event of a complaint, please contact our customer service either by telephone or email to info@extremezone.se. Note we do not trigger complaints on Extremezone. Reimbursement is made without delay and no later than 14 days after the consumer's notification that the contract has been withdrawn. However, this does not apply if you have started using your annual or monthly card.
